Club world lounge jfk! First Look at British Airways' Refreshed JFK Business

BA Club World LGW-JFK Long term user (if not contributor) of FT, but can't seem to find that much info about Club World on the refurb'd 777 from Gatwick- nothing really from later than '18. In a week or so I'm connecting through LGW and have taken a punt on the JFK flight out of there as easier than transiting through London in rush hour.

The First lounge at JFK opened in October 2018 after a complete renovation. We return home on the above flight and just wanted some views on how to get the best out of this service. We will be in New York with friends so have the option of spending time in New York, for a meal etc rather than getting to JFK to have the pre flight meal. Cost isn't really an issue, so I guess its about the experiencing the Sleeper Service at JFK or spending a few more hours with.
